Refunds & Cancellations

Since Vipra Varte is a digital service, refunds are handled differently from physical products. Please review our policies below:

Subscription Refunds

  • Free Trial: If you’re unsure about our platform, we encourage you to start with our free trial before committing to a paid plan.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the payment is processed. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not renew for the next billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 7 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting any usage-based costs. No refunds will be processed beyond the 7-day window.
  • One-Time Purchases (Add-ons & Upgrades): Payments for add-ons, API access, or additional features are non-refundable once activated.

Automatic Renewals & Cancellation

  • All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
  • To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date via your Vipra Varte account settings.
  • Once a subscription renews, we cannot offer refunds.

Exceptional Cases

In rare situations, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a system error.
  • You faced significant technical issues preventing you from using the platform, and our support team was unable to resolve them.
  • You mistakenly purchased multiple subscriptions for the same account.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under these conditions, please contact our Support Team at support@vikaasa.in within 7 days of your billing date.

International Transactions
  • International users are subject to the same refund policies as above.
  • Currency conversion fees, bank processing fees, or other transaction charges from your payment provider are not covered by Vipra Varte.
  • If an international payment is disputed or charged back, your account may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

  2. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
